Dilly Pickle Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Box Medium Shells Pasta
- 1 1/2 C. Baby Dill Pickles, sliced
- 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cubed
- 1 C. Pickle Juice
- 1 1/3 C. Mayonnaise
- 2/3 C. Sour Cream
- 1/4 C. Pickle Juice
- 1 1/2 Tbls. Swine Dining's "Dilly Dust"
- Boil pasta until al dente in salted water according to box directions.
- Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
- Put the pasta in a large bowl and pour the pickle juice over it. Toss and let sit.
- In a medium bowl, mix up all the dressing ingredients.
- Drain the pickle juice from the pasta.
- Mix together the pasta, sliced pickles, cubed cheese, and dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Best the next day!
